In preparation for the opening of the new academic year, the teaching and non-teaching personnel of Tomas Claudio Colleges participated in the Bamboo Wellness Program on June 19, 2026, at the TCC Multipurpose Gymnasium.

Carrying the theme "Move, Breathe, Balance, Grow," the wellness session provided faculty and staff with an opportunity to prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional well-being before the start of classes. The activity encouraged participants to recharge, reconnect with themselves, and prepare for the responsibilities of the upcoming school year.

The program was facilitated by Dianna David, Founder and Creator of MakeMOVES Transformation and the MVMT Medicine Methodology. Through guided movement exercises and mindfulness practices, participants experienced activities designed to improve flexibility, reduce stress, enhance balance, increase energy, and promote overall wellness.

More than a wellness activity, the program reflected Tomas Claudio Colleges' commitment to supporting the health and well-being of its employees. By investing in initiatives that promote balance, resilience, and personal growth, the institution continues to empower its educators and staff to perform at their best.

As a new academic year begins, the Bamboo Wellness Program served as a meaningful reminder that a healthy and resilient workforce is essential in providing quality education and service to the Claudian community.
