Advisory on the Standard Reporting Time and Adjusted Work Schedule for Non-Teaching Employees

ADVISORY

Please be informed that, effective April 6, 2026, the working hours for all non-teaching employees of Tomas Claudio Colleges shall be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

This adjustment in the work schedule shall not in any way diminish the salary and benefits of the concerned personnel.

However, in the exigency of service, certain offices may be required to report for duty on Saturdays, depending on operational needs and institutional requirements.

All non-teaching personnel are enjoined to observe the prescribed schedule and continue delivering efficient and quality service in support of the institution's mission and operations.

Please be guided accordingly.
