📢 RELEASING OF NEW GATEPASS – SEPTEMBER 2025 🚗🏍️

The new gate passes for this school year will be released this month of September exclusively by the Procurement Office.

📍 Location: Admin Building – Procurement Office

📅 Schedule: Please refer to your assigned date posted at the Guard’s Post and at the Procurement Office window.

Process:

1️⃣ Those who will avail vehicle or motorcycle stickers must first have their units inspected by Security.

2️⃣ After inspection, present the security clearance paper (signed by the guard) to the Procurement Office for sticker issuance.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

• All gate pass stickers issued last school year (showing an expiration of 2026) are now VOID due to low-quality printing.

• No extensions will be granted beyond this period.
