On December 10, 2025, the College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) of Tomas Claudio Colleges participated in this year’s International Career Fair organized by HR International. The TCC delegation was led by Dean Dr. Lalaine Toriado, together with Dr. Marion Andrew Danganan and Professor Kent Matthew Escalona. The event was held at the Sheraton Manila Hotel, Newport World Resorts, Pasay City.
HR International is a global recruitment and career development organization that connects academic institutions and graduates with international employment opportunities, partnering with industries across the United States, the Middle East, and Asia.
The career fair brought together participating schools from Northern Luzon, Southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao, united by a shared goal of strengthening international linkages and expanding global career pathways for students and graduates.
Tomas Claudio Colleges recognizes the growing importance of global exposure and continues to embrace the internationalization of education, particularly in the business sector. In an increasingly interconnected world, establishing networks beyond national borders ensures that graduates are prepared for global industries and multicultural work environments.
Participation in the international career fair provided TCC with valuable opportunities to engage with international clients and partner organizations offering career placements abroad. It also opened doors for institutional collaboration, exchange of expertise, and expanded career pathways, aligning with TCC’s mission of producing graduates who are globally competitive and industry-ready.
One of the highlights of the fair was the introduction of a new career program in Dubai, a rapidly emerging hub for international employment. Dubai’s strong economic growth, diverse workforce, and expanding business landscape offer wide-ranging opportunities in human resources, finance, hospitality, management, and corporate services—making it an ideal destination for young professionals seeking international advancement.
Tomas Claudio Colleges proudly announces that Ms. Kaila Cassanova, a BSBA–Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) graduate from the Class of 2025, has been selected as one of the pioneer candidates for this new Dubai placement program. Her achievement reflects the quality, competence, and global readiness cultivated by the College of Business and Accountancy.
The participation of the College of Business and Accountancy in this international career fair underscores Tomas Claudio Colleges’ unwavering commitment to global excellence, partnership-building, and career advancement for its students and alumni. It marks another milestone in strengthening TCC’s global presence and preparing Claudians to excel wherever their aspirations may take them.
