The Tomas Claudio Colleges Graduate Studies Program proudly extends its heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Pitsberg R. De Rosas, Professorial Lecturer, for his outstanding participation in the 5th National Research Convention of the Philippine Public Schools District Supervisor Association held at the Limketkai Atrium, Cagayan de Oro City, from February 10 to 12, 2026.
The convention brought together educational leaders, researchers, and practitioners from across the country to share best practices, research findings, and innovative strategies aimed at advancing the quality of education in the Philippines.
Representing the Graduate Studies Program, Dr. De Rosas delivered a presentation on “Best Practices of Instructional Supervision and Leadership,” showcasing his expertise and commitment to educational excellence. His presentation highlighted effective leadership strategies and instructional practices that contribute to improved educational outcomes.
In addition, Dr. De Rosas participated as a Poster Presenter in both the Individual and Group categories, further demonstrating his dedication to research and scholarly engagement.
