With the theme “Stronger Together: Building Bonds, Creating Success,” Tomas Claudio Colleges successfully held its annual Team Bonding activity last July 5–6, 2025, bringing together over 200 teaching and non-teaching personnel at the Bakasyunan Resort and Conference Center in Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal.
This event served as a meaningful opportunity to promote camaraderie, communication, and collaboration among TCC’s academic and administrative community. More than just a series of enjoyable activities, the team bonding initiative emphasized the importance of unity and trust in cultivating a harmonious and productive workplace that benefits both personnel and students alike.
Gracing the event were TCC President Dr. Edmund Francisco, Chief Academic Officer Dr. Eva De Rosas, deans, office heads, and representatives from various departments. The program was organized by the Human Resource Department.
The theme aptly reflected the institution’s belief that success is built through collective efforts, shared purpose, and mutual respect. As the TCC family moves forward toward its goals, this gathering reaffirmed that working together with integrity and empathy leads to stronger outcomes and a more supportive learning environment.
